If you're not completely happy with your non-personalised glassware purchase, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or return. The glassware must be unused and in perfect condition.
All engraved glassware is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as it's personalised just for you/them.

We stand behind the quality of our Frankly James glassware. If it breaks within the first 2 years of purchase due to normal and reasonable use, we'll replace it at 50% off the original price. Intentional damage or accidents caused by misuse are not covered. See our full Quality Guarantee here.
Start an Exchange or Return:
Email Us: Send an email to email@example.com with the subject "Return Request - Order Number [your order number]" and include your order number, reason, and request for a return label.
Receive Your Label: We'll send you a return label via email within 1-2 business days.
Pack and Send: Attach the label to the original box and pack the glassware securely. Drop it off at your nearest post office.
Processing: Once we receive it, we'll process your exchange or return within 1-2 business days.
