We know that personalised engravings make each glass special. That's why all engraved glassware is final sale. Since it's customised just for you/them, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these unique pieces.
All FJ Glasses aren't just beautiful, they're built to last. If any FJ glass breaks within the first 2 years, we'll replace it at 50% off the original price with the same or similar glass of equal value. That's our commitment to quality and to you! Please note that this guarantee does not cover breakages due to improper use or intentional damage.
